With this contract, the seller sells and the buyer purchases remotely tangible goods of underwear, sleepwear and home textiles, according to the methods described in these conditions.
3. Purchase methods
The customer can purchase the products:

- choosing size, color and quantity
- adding them to your cart
- by completing the checkout procedure by entering the required data
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by an automatic email sent to the address indicated by the customer.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
The accepted payment methods are:
- PayPal
- other methods possibly indicated in the checkout
Payment is required upon order confirmation.
5. Shipping and delivery
Products are shipped via Poste Italiane and GLS throughout Italy.

💰 Refund
- The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except for errors or defects attributable to the seller
🔄 Changes
We also accept size or color exchanges . Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
🏷️ Products on sale or promotion
Products purchased on sale or during promotions are refundable, unless otherwise specified in the product description or during checkout.
7. Limitations on the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products which, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons , if they have been opened or used after delivery, as required by current legislation.

12. Applicable law and competent court
The sales contract is governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
